Troubleshooting

Use this page to resolve common Ankhora issues. If you still need help, contact support and include your app version and operating system.

App won't open / crashes on launch

  • Restart your computer and try again
  • Make sure your OS is up to date
  • Reinstall from the official Ankhora website
  • If the issue persists, send a crash report or logs (only what you choose to share)

Can't unlock vault

  • Confirm you're using the correct credentials/recovery method
  • Check for keyboard layout issues (common with special characters)
  • If you recently changed device settings, restart and try again

Sync or connectivity issues

  • Confirm your internet connection is stable
  • Check whether a firewall/VPN is blocking the app
  • Try again on a different network

Performance issues (slow app / high CPU)

  • Close other heavy applications
  • Restart Ankhora
  • Ensure you have enough free disk space
  • If the issue repeats, share basic diagnostics (OS, device model, app version)

Sharing/invites not working

  • Confirm recipient email/address is correct
  • Ask the recipient to check spam/junk folders
  • Try resending the invite
