- Reinstall from the official Ankhora website
- If the issue persists, send a crash report or logs (only what you choose to share)
Can't unlock vault
- Confirm you're using the correct credentials/recovery method
- Check for keyboard layout issues (common with special characters)
- If you recently changed device settings, restart and try again
Sync or connectivity issues
- Confirm your internet connection is stable
- Check whether a firewall/VPN is blocking the app
- Try again on a different network
Performance issues (slow app / high CPU)
- Close other heavy applications
- Restart Ankhora
- Ensure you have enough free disk space
- If the issue repeats, share basic diagnostics (OS, device model, app version)
Sharing/invites not working
- Confirm recipient email/address is correct
- Ask the recipient to check spam/junk folders
- Try resending the invite
